Not heavy, or excessively fruity, but aromatic, light. We've even added the perfect swirl of Apricot preserves inside to make this cake extra special. Always made from scratch of course, with pure Apricot nectar. Fresh and ripe! Each bite has great texture with the hint of finely crushed almonds. Not a lot of crunch, but really nice texture, blending, and flavor. Drizzled with our fresh homemade Almond & Apricot Glaze.
