Red Velvet Cake - A Southern favorite at its finest - and not just for the holidays. Rich and moist RED tinted chocolate cake, baked high then gently blanketed with our homemade Cream Cheese frosting and topped with sweet and toasted Pecan Dust (finely chopped pecans). Mild chocolate flavor, moist and well balanced with frosting, and a fine cake texture. The frosting has a firm consistency, and full flavored of cream cheese. An excellent complement to the cake, and heightened with the gracious splashes go finely chopped pecans. Very popular and very good!
